The City of Niagara Falls has implemented a Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Program to help property owners improve and redevelop eligible properties through a series programs that include: revitalization grants; residential loans; and commercial and facade improvement grants.
Current CIP programs include:
- Brownfield Community Improvement Plan
- Downtown Community Improvement Plan
- Historic Drummondville Community Improvement Plan
