About the Committee

Recreation in Niagara Falls has traditionally been based on a community development model with citizen involvement in the delivery of recreational programs and services.

The Committee welcomes your input at any time. You are encouraged to provide comments and suggestions that will assist us in helping to ensure that Niagara Falls continues to be recognized as a great place to live, work and play.

Mandate

The mandate of the Niagara Falls Recreation Committee is to review and make recommendations concerning a wide variety of recreation-related matters. In doing so, it fulfills its stated purpose of fostering and developing the recreation needs of the Niagara Falls community.
